As the monitor is placed above my laptop screen it would be more natural to run my mouse UP to the screen above rather than to the RIGHT. Windows 8 if you have both a touchscreen and non-touchscreen monitor connected to your PC, you might need to change settings for your cursor. Unfortunately in Windows 7 in a dual monitor setup, from experience, your touch screen will have to be the Primary display. Find Multiple displays down the page, select Duplicate these displays, and then apply. My first port of call would be display settings: Control Panel -> Settings -> Display -> Screen Resolution - set the the touchscreen monitor you wish to use as your Primary display. Click the Start menu at the bottom-left corner of your desktop and launch the Control Panel by clicking Settings > System > Display. Nowidentify your monitorby clicking on the numbered icons.
